Sales Planning Sheet * New Sales order update in excel with complete details mention in order. * Status of tentative Dt/PM Availability/Status change * Update Domestic sales order in sheet and create PO in ERP and circulate to concern department for further process. * dom/export projection and Plan wise order update in sheet and check which is complete so that change the status. *Working of packing days as per machine speed and updating in the planning sheet *Updating the dispatch Dts with cross checking with export and factory dispatch sheet. * Update of Qty. once order received in sales projection sheet. Raw Material * Deal creation *PO making of Incoming Vehicle * Updating the Same details in purchaser sheet through RM incoming sheet and closing the PO once deal is complete. * Informing the results to purchaser against Failed lots Testing * Sending the samples to the lab. * Documentation for sending if required otherwise covering letter to make. * Updated the sheet with complete details when received the sample, dispatch and testing parameters * Following for results within the timeline and after that updating in sheet. * Invoice details update and check and once done sending the Cheque and informing the lab. Domestic * Tracker monthly create update projection, Opening and daily update of dispatch location wise. * All Location Tracker creation * Daily dispatch of all location and IN material in transit. * Updating the invoice wise details In, and check purchase register daily which invoice is received. * Checking daily stock location wise with erp and at the month end closing stock reco with physical and erp, with account team reco. So that stock is okay. * after every 10 days cross checking dispatch of all location because of back date updation. * Monthly closing stock difference after factory closing stock. *Update Monthly stock reco. * Updating the sales order shared by sunetro in apis tracker. Filling & Packing * Updating daily Filling MIS in sheet and also correcting the machine speed and mention the remarks of not fulfilled target. * Checking Production report and filling report update in planning sheet fo better working. * Checking filling and packing data with monthly produce data once in a month. And updation as per given format. Others * Making order analysis master . * Intertek reports merge with factory COA report in bulk orders. * Some 3/4 reports monthly update. *FG Code Creation and updation of BOM and then routing and sharing. * Follow-up with factory for completion dts and informing to export for further planning. ,
