Job Description

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Graduates / Post Graduates

  • Handling end to end recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
  • Sourcing profiles through Portals, references, networking, head hunting.
  • Prepare and post jobs to job portals etc.
  • Source candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews and selection of candidates on the basis of the specifications and fitment.
  • Arranging, coordinating and follow up of candidates interview process.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
