The Field Investigation executive plays a critical role in making an independent assessment of the customer which facilitates a decision about extending a loan to the customer.Qualification 10+2, graduate or post graduateRelevent Experience 0-2 years preferable relevant exp of conducting customer interaction in lending and telecom industry.Functional Compentencies Basic understanding of financial norms/KYC Norms and customer interaction.Good knowledge of the local area and financial/ economical conditions.Competent to understand hindi, english/ regional languageShould have own vehicle and valid DL.Behavioural Compentencies Simplicity and Humility,Hard work and Detailed orientation,Integrity,Dynamic Growth,Customer FocusJob Responsiblities Financial Responsibilities Conduct a personal assessment of prospect customer ,Should not withhold any facts and findings about customer/ Co-Applicant/ Guarantor found at the time of field investigation.The personal Assessment and verification of borrowers Business, Residence and Security proposed for the loanAdditionally they have to judge the customers behavioural aspects through neighbourhood verfication and reference check given by the Customer and submit the assessment report in standard format designed by the company with the TAT. He has to categorically highlight any material fact, which can be a threat to repayment of loan or security.Non Financial Responsibilities His judgement sholud be unbiased and should not be supported with any kind of financial/non-financial favor from customer . Should be alert and vigilant for information for the organisation.He should be well behaved / humble during course of interaction with customer and external persons during office working.Should report any gap found in customer dealing/behaviour.Compliance & Risk Responsiblities Maintaining confidentiality of information gathered from clients.Maintaing confidentiality of companys information - not to be shared with anybody out of office in any form (Verbal , written , mail or any other form)Safeguard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities , like Identity Card , SIM, Marketing material , Computer Systems, Company provided Mobile and printer,
