As a Delivery Executive at Flipkart, your role is crucial in representing the company and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:- Delivering Flipkart packages to customers in a timely and safe manner.- Following the planned delivery route and schedule.- Ensuring accurate delivery, including obtaining the customers signature or digital confirmation.- Handling products with care to prevent damage in transit.- Maintaining daily records of deliveries and mileage.- Communicating with the support team in case of delivery delays, route issues, or customer concerns.- Adhering to Flipkarts standards for customer service, safety, and behavior.- Maintaining hygiene and vehicle cleanliness (if using a personal vehicle).To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:- Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.- Basic knowledge of smartphone usage for navigation and delivery app.- Valid driving license (2-wheeler) and registration documents (if using your own vehicle).- Good communication skills in Hindi or regional language.- Must possess an Android smartphone.- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 10 kg.Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome, with previous experience in logistics or courier services being an added advantage.
