Job description INTERVIEW/SELECTION PROCESS WILL BE FOLLOWING: HR Round: Basic communication skills will be judged. Technical Round: We ll ask you to write code in your favorite programming language TRAINING: ALL CANDIDATE WILL GO THROUGH 3 MONTH TRAINING. TRAINING PROCESS WILL BE FOLLOWING STEPS: After your selection, you will asked to choose technology A) Web Development (PHP, Wordpress, Magento, Laravel, Joomla) or B) Mobile Application Development (iOS or iPhone) We will give some basic video tutorials to learn basics of the technologies. Please do not expect somebody is going to give you class. We will give you some initial dummy projects & help you to learn Live projects to test your skill TRAINING FEE: NONE Training Duration & Timing: 3 Months (non-negotiable) & it s a full time training from 10 AM to 7 PM. Contract: Please note that we have 1 year bond which will start after the training & if you were not able to complete the training, we may discontinue. Salary after training: Minimum salary package will 1.44 Lacs per annum & can vary based on your performance up to 3 Lacs. Working Days - 6 Days a week (Last Saturday of every month is off) There is also KitKat and Bournville, but you get it only if you are really a good employee and do your work on time.
