Job Description

    Product Retail Hybris Key Responsibilities : Work as a Functional Consultant with clients to create Business Strategy, Process Designs, and Functional requirements and drive Solution Implementation, for Multi-Channel Retailing. Project Delivery : Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery - Work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients - Independently handle project work stream, with limited supervision Industry Expertise : Provide industry expertise in various sub segments. Develop deep skills and experience in specialized industry offerings Business Development : Support efforts of Industry leads to identify and win potential opportunities for the practice Domain Development : Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals. - Minimum 5 years of overall industry and/or consulting experience - Should have worked in the Retail industry or done extensive consulting with Retail clients (preferably with large international retailers) Implementation experience (full life cycle) on atleast 1 of the following package solutions : - IBM WebSphere Commerce - Sterling DOM (Distributed Order Management) - Hybris - ATG Commerce - Functionally well-versed with one of above packages and broad knowledge of other packages in the industry - Business Process Reengineering and Functional Design for atleast 3 of following functions: - Order Capture - Catalog Management - Order Fulfilment - Inventory Management - Content Management - e-Marketing - Customer Services - Experience on at least 2 of the following channels: - Web commerce - Stores - Catalog - Mobile Commerce - Should be skilled in using MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint - Should have an MBA from a reputed institution Should have managed small teams and project deliveriesThis job opening was posted long time back.
