Qualification MBA/PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations)Experience 20-25 YearsCTC=22.50 LPA to 25.0 LPA Purpose of the Position The position of General Manager Admin & HR is to ensure that departmental procedures (HR Admin , HR Factory , HR TA , HR Time Office ) are followed at all levels and all factory related statutory compliances are achieved.Required Candidate profileJob Description

  • 1. To ensure smooth functioning of administration department as per approved procedures.
  • 2. To ensure smooth functioning of security department as per approved procedures.
  • 3. To ensure optimum utilization of all company vehicles.
  • 4. To ensure that front office activities are handled smoothly.
  • 5. To monitor in out movement of all employees.
  • 6. To ensure smooth functioning of CCTV cameras.
  • 7. To ensure that pest control activities are done as per defined and approved procedures.
  • 8. To ensure at all bio hazardous material is handed over to authorized vendor as per approved procedure.
  • 9. To monitor the visitor movement inside factory premises.
  • 10. To monitor first Aid activities as per established procedure.
  • 11. To ensure effective implementation of fire and safety management procedures.
  • 12. To monitor and control contract labour management.
  • 13. To ensure that salary , expenses and full & final settlement of all employees done in time as per approved procedures.
  • 14. To ensure that all statutory compliances related to Factory Act & Contract Labour are fulfilled and maintained.
  • 15. To ensure that personal hygiene is maintained by all employees.
  • 16. To ensure thet coordination is done with officials for external inspections.
  • 17. To attend and resolve grievances raised by employees as per approved procedures.
  • 18. To ensure smooth functioning of HR Time office , HR Factory , HR Talent Acquisition and HR Admin section.
  • 19. To monitor employee engagement activity within the company.
  • 20. Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager.
