Global Systems Support Specialist (Market Credit Risk)

Job Description

Role Overview:As a L2 Support Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in global systems support, particularly in the Market / Credit Risk domain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely production of local and global risk measures and reports on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include monitoring overnight risk batch processes, responding to support incidents, managing incident tickets through ITSM tools, and providing end-user service requests support. Additionally, you will be involved in release management activities on UAT and Production Environments.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely production of local and global risk measures and reports daily- Monitor overnight risk batch processes and publish daily status reports- Respond to support incidents such as data load calculation or report generation failures- Manage incident tickets and track resolution through ITSM tools (JIRA ServiceNow)- Respond to end-user service requests- Participate in release management on UAT and Production EnvironmentsQualifications Required:- Experience in global systems support, with emphasis on the Market / Credit Risk domain- Understanding of financial products such as Rates, FX, Equities, Credit, Commodities, etc, and familiarity with risk metrics like VaR, FRTB, sensitivities, stress testsAdditional Company Details:Persistent is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace, welcoming applications from all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities, and regardless of gender or gender preference.
