Graphic Designer Trainee (E- learning) Noida (Delhi- NCR)Experience: Freshers only (There will be 6 months training)1 Analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and the ability to apply it to projects. 2 Pro- active problem resolution agent; identifies issues for managers and team members and recommends or implements solutions. 3 Designs and develops training for variety e- Learning courses. 4 Utilizes a variety of modalities. 5 Designs outlines and storyboards. 6 Designs course materials to meet learning objectives. 7 Evaluates the effectiveness of training; Designs and develops evaluation methods and tools to determine the effectiveness of training, analyzes, evaluation data and communicates results and recommended changes to the business units.
