Answering incoming calls seeking information Resolving queries through emails Escalation of queries / grievances, if required Preparation of MIS / Invigilation job, if and when needed Must be well versed with handling issues related to online software that are used by the target user groups. Responsible for supporting the Service Desk Tickets with reference to the software being used by the user groups.
