Qualification:
  • Minimum Educational Qualification: XIIth Pass to Graduate
Salary Package
  • Minimum Salary Package Rs. 17,000/- per month
  • Maximum Salary Package Rs. 19,000/- per month
  • Minimum Rs. 14466/- in hand salary.
Allowance
  • PF and ESI.
Working Days
  • Six Working Days
  • Fixed Sunday Off.
Fresher and Experienced both required.Job Responsibilities:
  • To achieve monthly sales target of Credit Card through the branches.
  • Candidate will be required to actively identify and initiate corporate activities through Branches reference.
  • Maintaining excellent relationship with employees of the assigned branch.
  • Forward the queries and complaints of Credit Card to ASM for the customers coming to branch.
Experience:
  • Freshers are also welcome
  • Candidates with experience in sales will be preferred.
  • Work Experience in Credit Card Company / Financial Services or Telecom will be an added advantage.
  • Fresher willing to have challenging and passionate career may also apply.
Additional Details:
  • Minimum Age should be 18 Yrs.
  • The candidate will be on the third party payroll.
  • Branch will be allocated basis the business requirement and availability. Executive need to operate out of assigned POS as per assigned timings.
  • Mandatory to report at Sales office for application submission on daily basis post 6 PM.
  • Salaries will be paid through bank account between 5th or 7th of every month.
  • Salary will be at par and is not a constraint for eligible Candidate. Lucrative Incentive can be earned in addition to salary on target achievement.
  • Discipline and punctuality mandatory to be maintained at work place.
  • This is a target based front end job with mandatory field visits. There will be no backend work at the branch.
  • Should maintain formal and professional attire on all working days.
  • There will be 3 day training program from 1st day of Joining and its mandatory to complete the training certification.
  • On 2nd and 4th Saturday, candidates are required to attend training programs or fulfill sales leads through ATM
