Job Description

Company- Global ConsultantLocation- Delhiexp 0.6 to 3 yearsProfile- Freelancer Recruiter (Female)salary fix 6 k to 10 k + incentives 15 to 20 kconsultancy based candidate preferredQualification-Any graduateFresher also welcome, training will be provided onlineRoles and responsibilitiesWe have an urgent requirement for Recruitment Professionals. This is a full time, work from home opportunity and we are looking for candidates who have good experience in recruitment industry. Please refer below detailed requirement.Source relevant candidates based on assigned requirements.

  1. Speak to the candidates and brief them about the opportunity.
  1. Regular follow up with the candidates for the interviews and other related activities.
  1. Follow up for the successful joining for the selected candidates.
Required Skills
  1. Good experience in recruiting IT / NON IT (Engineering, Real Estate, Retail, Automobile, etc) candidates.
  1. Must have good communication skills (written / verbal).
  1. Must have good skills to work on leading job portals & social media to attract relevant candidates.
  1. Must be good with MS office, specially MS Outlook & MS Excel.
  1. Willing to work 4 to 8 hours a day
