Job Description

    Job Title: Manager/Sr. ManagerEligibility CriteriaQualification:
    • Any graduate/ post-graduate
    • Preferred : MBA in HR (Not Mandatory)
    Skills:
    • Proficiency in English language (Both written & verbal).
    • Well versed with MS office & window operating system.
    Experience:
    • Manager- 7 to 9 Years of overall HRSS (International) experience, at least 4 year of team management
    • experience.
    • Competencies:
    • Fast learner with minimum guidance
    • Should be a good team player & can motivate the team.
    • Flexible and Adaptable towards job requirements.
    • Experience in process transition & HR ticketing system will be preferred, but not mandatory
    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible to manage end to end onshore service delivery for HR Administration
    • People management for a large team of 30 to 40 associates
    • Process Management for all LOBs and responsible to process improvements
    • Drive Quality and Continuous Improvement, LEAN in the team and work on cost saving projects.
    • Responsible for managing demand and supply and stakeholder relationship management.
    • Responsible for people engagement and to keep attrition under control and to create succession planning.
    • Accountable for C-SAT and E-SAT
    • Responsible to ensure meeting client TAT, SLAs and KPIs
    • Responsible for teams productivity and utilisation meets the threshold.
    • Responsible to de-risk the process and mitigate any issues.
    • Responsible for creation of BIA and ensuring BCP in the team.
    • Responsible to meet L&D requirements for team as per TP standards.
    • Responsible to ensure Data Security and all TP Compliances for the team.
    • Responsible to maintain the client relationship and with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Responsible to facilitate infrastructure for client delivery and operations.
    • Responsible to work on projects and bring in 10% efficiencies each year.
    • Responsible to provide delivery with minimum Surprises and no escalations from client.
    • Performance management of associates in team
    • Responsible to provide MI for internal and external clients.
    • Lead business development activities and targeted business growth of existing account through farming/hunting initiatives.
    • Support overall HRO practice business development and solution activities.
    • Accountable to ensure regular and ad-hoc MI as per client requirements are shared by working in collaboration with MIS/Analytics team.
