As a Hotel Staff member, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for the guests. Your key responsibilities will include:- Cleaning and maintaining the hotel rooms, lobby, and common areas: You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and hygienic for the guests to enjoy a comfortable stay.- Assisting in kitchen duties: Your support in preparing meals and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area will be crucial for the smooth operation of the hotel.- Helping with guest services: You will assist guests with their needs, such as carrying luggage, providing information, and ensuring their satisfaction.- Performing laundry duties: Your tasks will include washing, drying, and folding linens and towels used in the hotel.- Maintaining inventory and supplies: You will need to keep track of hotel supplies and restock as needed to ensure smooth operations.To excel in this role, you are expected to possess the following skills and qualities:- Physically fit and able to handle manual labor: The job may involve standing for long hours, lifting heavy items, and bending frequently.- Attention to detail: Your keen attention to cleanliness and organization is essential to maintain the hotels high standards.- Good communication skills: You should be able to interact effectively with guests and colleagues to provide excellent customer service.- Ability to follow instructions: It is important that you can follow directions from supervisors to perform tasks efficiently.- Willingness to work as part of a team: Collaboration with other staff members is key to ensuring a positive guest experience.Additionally, as a fresher with a 10th Pass education qualification, you will be part of a team of 5 individuals working in a full-time night shift at the hotel in India. Your role will be in the Hotel / Restaurant / Hospitality industry, and the work location will be at the office.
