Job Description

Looking for HR Generalist: Day Shift 5 days a week. Work Location: Noida

  • Responsible for joining formalities: Verify & maintaining employees personal records, issuing Letters, Appointment letter, ID cards, Opening salary a/c of new employee etc.
  • Handling HRMS for Employee Data Management
  • Responsible for BGV (Back ground Verification): Collaborating with background/ Antecedents Verification Company to perform education, employment & address verification.
  • Employee relation & communication: A Single point of contact in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
  • Responsible for maintaining the attendance: Maintaining Attendance of each employee through internal Portal.
  • Responsible for maintaining data: Maintaining record of Recruitment data (Resume& Test)/ Employee Master Data/ New Joiners detail.
  • Full and Final (Clearance/Exit): Responsible for initiating the clearance of the employees who leave, taking the exit interviews and every other formality pertaining to Exit
