Helping implement well-being strategies. Managing all dual language employment contracts and documentation is in place for all employees. Preparing reports, presentations, communications, data summaries, and other documents. Managing sensitive. information effectively and always maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Reviewing and updating employee handbook and employment contracts, when required. Ensuring that all new and existing line managers are briefed on the HR procedures. Managing the onboarding of new hires, aligning the process with other departments, providing clear and accurate communication, and ensuring that Maces onboarding experience becomes a benchmark of operational excellence. Learning and development Working closely with managers to identify employee learning and development needs. Assisting and supporting the annual performance management cycle.About youYou will have a post-degree qualification in human resource management and be a member of a professional body. You will have a similar experience.You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
