hr manager / am in delhi# JOB CONTENT## 1. ROLE OBJECTIVEThis role is responsible for implementing the performance appraisal system inMIP. Additionally this role is also responsible for activities of employeeengagement, training and HR Policy Administration in the present yearIn the subsequent years this role would be responsible for monitoring thePerformance Appraisal Process, revisiting the role dossiers and for settingbenchmarks and targets for the roles.This role would be additionally responsible for all the People processes atMIP## 2. DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary Responsibilities1. To implement the Performance Appraisal Process and monitor the same through the year (3/10)2. Responsible for building and implementing the organizational induction program for MIP (2/10)3. To be responsible for functional and behavioural training of the employees (2/10)4. Responsible for formulating and implementing an HR Policy Manual and an Employee Handbook (2/10)Secondary Responsibilities1. Responsible for employee relations (0.5/10)2. Responsible for providing MISs and Feedbacks ( Grievance/Training/Induction) as required by the reporting manager (0.5/10)AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Primary Responsibilities1. _To implement the Performance Appraisal Process and monitor the same through the year (3/10)_*To be responsible for the implementation of the performance appraisal system already designed*To conduct workshops for appraiser and appraisee with role plays maximum 2 weeks before the actual initiation of the process*To communicate across the regions for initiating the performance appraisal system and the deadlines for each of the steps*To administer the appraisal forms across the regions and ensure that the self , reporting manager and HOD feedback is gathered in the stipulated time*To check the forms and send incomplete forms back to the reporting manager for completion*To provide these forms for moderation to the committee*Ensure follow up and persistent on achievement of timelines*To send the increment letters to the employees after the increment decisions are taken with the signature of the CFO*Responsible for collecting the increment acceptance letter and solving grievances wherever required by self or by reporting manager*To provide the promotion letters with the signature of the CFO*Responsible for collecting the promotion acceptance letter and solving grievances wherever required by self or by reporting manager*Responsible for further analyzing the appraisal forms for training requirements and for creating a data base of the same level wise2. _Responsible for building and implementing the organizational induction program for MIP (2/10)_*To study the present induction process and document the same*To build an interactive induction module for MIP as a whole which can be administered across levels and document the same*To personally administer the organizational induction and to handle queries on the same*To administer an induction feedback form for capturing the trainability capabilities and the actual reach of the induction*To conduct a test for the inductee after 1 week of the induction to ensure if that the induction program has been affective3. _Responsible for the training and development of the talent pool of service engineers(2/10)_*Collate the training requirements (Behavioural & Technical ) from 3 sources: Reporting Senior , Self and team*Collate information from the Performance Appraisal Forms*Responsible for segregating the requirements which are common at every level and those which are unique*Responsible for arranging internal speakers or external speakers through influence and conduct training programs to upgrade the knowledge of the team*Responsible for developing the initial requirement and verifying the same with the reporting manager.*Responsible for gathering the training proposals from the market for behavioural training and Management development programs with specific agenda*Responsible for sharing this requirement with the training vendors and developing the training content with the training vendor.*Shortlist the training vendors and provide 5 trainer proposals for selection to the management*Coordinate the training once the training go ahead is given*Responsible for gathering training feedback through a training feedback form*Responsible for analysing and providing a report on the findings to the reporting manager4. _Responsible for formulating and implementing an HR Policy Manual and an Employee Handbook (2/10)_*Responsible for documenting the present practises and for the studying the documents already present*Responsible for preparing HR Policy Manual and an Employee Handbook with the HR Policies documented*Responsible for conducting a workshop for explaining the policies to the reporting managers*Responsible for administering the HR Policy and ensure adherence to the policies skillsHr Manager, Performance appraisal,
