    A well established and well known Plywood / Laminate manufacturing company having all India distribution network is looking for HR MANAGER for Delhi office. This job is open to female candidates only.Job Title: - HR MANAGER - Only Female (MALE CANDIDATES CVs WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED, SO DO NOT APPLY )Qualification - MBA IN H.R or 10 years experience in H.RJob Location: - Pashim Vihar, North Delhi (Walking distance from Pashim Vihar (West) - Metro Station)-
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
    • Nurture a positive working environment
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    Experience Required: 5+ Years.NON MBA IN H.R CANDIDTE WITH 10 + YEARS EXPERIENCE FROM PLYWOOD OR MINCA TRADE CAN ALSO APPLY.Salary offer is one of the best as par industry nomos.
