The job role will require one to. undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires in collaboration with the management team.As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be:Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open rolesCoordinating the hiring process end-to-end with managersNetwork with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during eventsCollaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employeesBuild and report on quarterly and annual hiring plansTrack hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hireYou should have:Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar roleHands-on experience with major Recruitment portalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work on multiple projects at the same timeA positive attitude to take feedbackCultural empathy for a fast-moving, growing organizationSelection Process:Resume Screening > Telephonic Interview > Online Video InterviewTaxmann focuses on Information Technology, Publishing, Technology, and IT Management.
