Job DescriptionWe are looking for Candidates for Travel consultant and International Ticketing Executive profileFor International Packages.We are looking for a Travel Consultant with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses).International Travel Packages and Ticketing ExperienceShould possess strong communication skillsWe are looking for a person who can take care of international and domestic Holiday package SalesSalary on the basis of experience and expertiseJOB RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Strong skills and commercial awareness Knowledge of international travel trends.
  • Provide our clients with the best travel (tour) package deals. Making Sales on outbound and inbound calls Offer prompt, accurate and courteous serviceto our clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel)
  • Diagnose the clients specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
  • Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
  • Attend conferencestomaintain familiarity with tourism trends
  • Having Good Exp Online Portal Like Make myTrip, Oyo, Yatra Etc.
  • Handling Customer Care related issues, Reservations, Web site support, Bulk bookings, Notification, Re booking, Credit card verification, Ticketing, Queues Management.
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
  • Demonstrable ability to handle crises
  • Experience in various areas of travel (domestic, business/holidays, group/individual ) Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively-Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
