Responsible for hiring IT professionals for various manpower needs of the client on multifarious skills. Identifying potential candidates and sourcing them through existing database , contacts , referrals and headhunting. Preliminary screening of candidates to ensure that they meet clients requirements and have the required technical skills. Conducting skills testing , interviews , reference checks and background investigations , when required. Liasioning between the clients and candidates for various issues. Correspondence with clients for requirements , scheduling interviews , feedback and follow - up. Desired Profile / Skills: The most critical skill needed is the ability to sell along with a drive to succeed and persistence to keep going.Graduate in any stream , minimum 60% marks in Class XII (best of five subjects). At least 1 year of recruiting experience in the IT industry required. Should have good understanding of the IT Industry in terms of understanding skill sets and independently handling assignments / requirements Patience and willing to deal with people and resolve their problems. Should possess the aptitude and desire to sell. Must have the drive to succeed , energy and persistence to keep going that is the hallmark of a great recruiter. Self organized with good time management skills. Should have the ability to multitask i.e. manage multiple requirements and deadlines within a fast - paced environment. Target - driven and selfmotivated , must have the ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace. Strong verbal , listening , and written communication skills. Should have a passion for recruiting. Basic proficiency with MS Word / Excel / Outlook.,
