Job Description

Should be able to translate written documents from Japanese to English. Capable to plan and work without supervision and in appropriate manner. Strong problem solving , critical thinking skill. Developing , reviewing , and improving administrative policies , and procedures Manage communication in office through emails and notices. Undertake any other ad - hoc projects as directed by the GM Admin & Operations Prepare reports and other documents for GM Admin & Operations Liaise and negotiate with vendors and contractors on matters related to supply of office products. Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained. Working with accounting and management team to set budgets , raise Purchase orders and monitor Expenditure. Excellent computer skills , including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word , Excel , Outlook , and PowerPoint. Overseeing general office operations. Coordinating domestic and international travel , including flight , hotel , and car rental reservations. Should be ready to travel to other cities within India as and when required.
