Job Description

Junior Graphic Designer Experience: 1 - 3 years

Location: Delhi | Type: Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You should be a talented Designer / Illustrator with the experience to conceptualize as well as translate and extend concepts into effective visual designs for better target audience interactivity; both in the traditional forms of media and digital media.
  • You should bring an advanced understanding of visual and experience design, typography, composition, and color theory.
  • Responsible for design conceptualization, which would include tasks like logo conceptualization, brand manual creation, products designing, product packaging designing, advertising communication design and designing of other brand collaterals.
  • You should be a fresh creative thinker, with a passion for design in all media and a love of making things look different and stand out.
  • You will work on several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development, with a focus on design execution.
  • You will have to contribute to the creation of design concepts through active participation in group discussions and other idea-generating sessions.
  • Works enthusiastically and collaboratively with other project team members; has a clear understanding of how a creative project team operates and their responsibilities throughout a project.
  • Consults with supervisor or project creative lead to evaluate project needs and proactively raise concerns that may impact quality or timing of deliverables and overall have a solutions approach.
  • Ensures that internal deadlines, project timelines and approval procedures are adhered to for assigned projects/ task at hand.
DESIRED KEY SKILLS:
  • Excellent in Designing softwares like Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator. Any other software knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Must have the ability to create a storyboard or translate ideas into presentation formats.
  • Must have worked in a Brand Consultancy Firm or a Creative Agency.
  • Excellent eye for design, imaginative, well organized, good-natured, ethical, dedicated, flexible and passionate.
QUALIFICATION:
  • Diploma / Undergraduate / Graduate (Masters) / degree in visual communication or related field (user experience design, graphic design, fine arts or visual design)
