Job Description

    As an Administrative Assistant you will be required to perform a variety of tasks that support the Chief Commercial Officer. The ideal candidate may be from a Marketing background with some prior experience in the field of general office administration, some of which are listed below :Complete a broad variety of administrative activities for direct leaders and the team.Managing active and dynamic calendars and schedules.Working with teams across time zones (US / Europe / UK / Japan)Arranging extensive and complicated travel itinerariesCompleting expense reports.Composing / preparing communication for the teamPlanning and organisation meetings and events.Build positive rapport and relationships across the organisation at all levelsResearch prioritize and follow up on incoming issuea nd concerns addressed to the leader including those of sensitive and confidential nature.Lead planning and / or implementation of small to medium scale projects within the EA TeamProvide a bridge for smooth and collaborative communication between all colleagues partners and stakeholders.Drive constant improvement through individual trainings and team learning sessions.,
