Job Description

* Job Profile Template Consultant Managed ServicesDepartment: MC-PE Client Service DeliveryCandidates should have a successful track record working with the Oracle Fusion / Cloud HCM application suite and technology, ideally with Oracle Cloud apps. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Application functionality. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows. Candidates should have prior Oracle Fusion HCM implementation consulting experience, with experience implementing Cloud Recruiting. Candidates will perform remote functional Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for clients. Candidate should have exposure to configure and unit test the Recruiting module based on the customer s Requirement.Job description: Responsibility -- Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud application functionality.- Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps.- Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.- Write Functional requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.- Should be proactive in debugging and providing solutions to client for P1/P2 tickets.- Should be responsible for client facing during ER (Enhancement Request) discussions.- Should be able to analyze BRD and provide High Level Estimates, prepare Functional / Technical Design Documents, Test Scripts, Evidence of Test Documents and Production Migration Documents for the ERs.- Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure.- Should have complete product knowledge for participating the impact assessment sessions and Deep Dive sessions with client.- Should be responsible for preparing impact assessments/analysis for every upgrade.- Should be able to perform Regression Testing within the timelines.- Incident Management Tool / Ticketing Tool experience is Plus (Eg. Jira, Service Now) but not mandatory- Quality Assessment /Quality Check skills is plus but not mandatory- Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve Issues raised in various implementation phase.- Should be able to perform Regression Testing within the timelines.- Should be flexible in shifts (Shift B 3.30pm to 12.00am; Shift C 9pm to 5.30am)- Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Fusion HCM Solutions.- Deliver and conduct end-user training and workshops.- Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.Skills - Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge on Oracle Recruiting Cloud- Experience in Core HR Functional setups- Experience in creating Workflow and Security for the Oracle Recruiting Cloud- Experience in HCM Experience Design Studio and Page Composers- Experience in Candidate Custom Notifications and Alert Composer- Experience in creating Offer Letter Templates using BI Publisher- Ability to configure Eligibility Profiles and Area of Responsibilities- Ability to configure Checklist Templates- Hand on Experience in writing fast formulas, EL expressions- Ability to Configure Career sites using Cascade style sheet- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task on assignments- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment- Ability to work well in a team environment-Qualifications: - Bachelor s Degree along with MBA is preferred.- Prior experience with functional Oracle HCM implementation and participation in 2 or more Oracle Recruiting Cloud Go-live.- Oracle Cloud Certified candidate in ORC and Core HR preferred.Seniority Level: 4.5+ Years of experience in similar role,
