Support the Engineering delivery of major Aviation Drainage Related Projects.About 5 to 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in successful delivery of Aviation projects in Tender / Schematic / Detailed design / Construction designs stages;Experienced in planning and designing of Apron drainage system, Oil water separators, Culverts and open drains across and along runway & taxiway strips.;Experienced in planning and designing of Triturator facility; water filling stations; STP and other airport related PHE infrastructure facilities.Experienced in various infrastructure projects / storm water network design projects / storm water network modelling projects.Design of sewerage, storm water, potable water, firefighting and irrigation systemsHydrology study using HEC-HMS or equivalent tools and design of cross drainage worksHydraulic design of drainage network using hydraulic model - Sewer-GEM/Microdrainage /Hydroworks or equivalent softwareExperience in using Civil-3d tools and Arc GIS tools would be preferablePreparing calculations, drawings and specifications.Prepare a Technical Note on specific case studies involving flood risk challengeDevelop design templates for hydraulic energy release calculationsFlood risk analysis using Microdrainage / Flood ModellerDesign and flood protection measures, develop GA drawingsHydraulic modelling of attenuation tanks, flow control structures, sump and pump arrangementDesign of Rain Water Harvesting Structures, infiltration ponds and soakaways using BRE Digest or equivalent codesPreparation of technical reports and tender documentationProvide technical guidance and governance on quality of outputs produced by the teamAssisting with the preparation of bids and proposalsPrepare and deliver presentations to clients, contractors and peersAbility to support work for/in other offices remotely through IT networks.Should possess effective communication skills, mentoring skills and leadership skills.About youBachelor s degree in Civil EngineeringMaster s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering/Water Resources Engineering/Hydrology EngineeringBentley SewerGEM/StormCADBentley WaterCADMicrodrainage or Equivalent Modelling SoftwareGood knowledge AutoCAD & MicrostationAutodesk Civil3DThorough knowledge of hydrology and hydraulicsShould be capable of leading a project by guiding the team membersKnowledge of various design standards ICAO, CPHEEO, IRC, FAA, NRCS guidelines,Experience in 2D-modelling using flood modeler, Microdrainage, XP-SWMMExperience in HEC-RAS is highly preferable, HEC-HMS.Interpersonal Skills; Problem Solving Skills; Communication Skills-Oral, Written & Listening; Process Orientation,
