Lead Infrastructure Architect - Network Solutions

Job Description

As an Architect at SITA, you will play a crucial role in designing solutions to meet the business requirements of SITA customers, particularly in the pre-sales phase. Your responsibilities will include:- Managing technical solutions for RFPs or unsolicited cases, incorporating multiple SITA products and portfolios, as well as new and evolving technologies.- Designing deployment architecture and infrastructure specifications, such as servers, networking (LAN and WAN), and cloud architecture to meet customer requirements.- Developing conceptual and high-level designs and providing inputs for low-level designs.- Creating Bill of Materials for compute, storage, and networking specifications based on SITAs product toolkits.- Contributing to the design coordination and development solutions by working with internal and external parties.- Interacting with colleagues to share knowledge and ideas for continuous improvement.Qualifications required for this role include:- 7 - 10 years of experience in Information Technology, Air Transport, Telecom, or related industries in a technical Pre-Sales role.- Proven track record in producing, communicating, and documenting successful technical customer solutions.- Solid experience in designing compute, storage, networking solutions, and network design in various deployment scenarios.- Understanding of security protocols and cloud connectivity.- Proficiency in technical diagramming tools like Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or Engineering.In addition to the challenging role, SITA offers a range of benefits to support your personal and professional growth, including:- Flexibility to work from home up to 2 days/week.- Ability to tailor your workday to suit your life and plans.- Opportunity to work from any location in the world for up to 30 days a year.- Employee Wellbeing programs and Employee Assistance Program for you and your dependents.- Professional Development opportunities through training platforms.- Competitive benefits that align with local market standards.Join SITA, an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity and encourages individuals from various backgrounds to apply.
