Role OverviewGlobal Corporate Banking Technology Operations is seeking to expand its services infrastructure in Asia. The business is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to support the strategy in order to meet the growth demands from clients and client management groups in the product areas of Payments/ Wire, Trade Credit Services, Bank Notes, Commercial cards etc.Key ResponsibilitiesEffectively support in processing trade transactions in the Trade Finance area at the relating to Exports/ Imports, and ensure errorless delivery to clients.Ensure compliance with sanctions screening requirementsSupport business objectives in Trade Finance area through adherence to all internal external procedures customer service orientation.Responsible for effectively handling trade transactions in the area of import / export L/ C and Documentary collections and Loans processing.Direct interaction with clients/ counterparts in other branches for resolution of queries and follow- up on documentary exceptions.Regular Interaction with internal and external clients for job related activities.Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc.Key RequirementsEssential: Graduate with 4- 5 years experience in Trade Operations or any other Operations area within a bank.Strong written and oral communication skillsExcellent knowledge of export/ import documentation and sanctions screening requirementsAbility to manage volumes with accuracyExcellent Customer Service and Inter- personal skills.Good knowledge of Mircosoft Excel.Quality conscious and having flair for constant process improvementDesired Skills Knowledge of the latest developments in the Trade space and emerging trends.,
