Your day- to- day responsibilities will shift and grow but to start with you will: Design, develop, and deliver amazing software solutionsEncourage and promote innovation, development best practices and solid lifecycle processesCollaborate with development teams on work definition, estimation and prioritizationLead and grow as a professional software engineerFull ownership of product deliveries and mentoring junior team membersRequirements 6- 7 year of Software development experience, should have 3- 4 year experience in Python Development on Linux.Happy and most comfortable working with PythonTwo or more years of experience in iterative development (Scrum based) Working knowledge of non- relational databases (e.g. MongoDB, CouchDB, Redis) Experience in at least one Agile tool like JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, VersionOne etc.Experience in Javascript and JS technologies like JQuery, AngularJs.Good to have knowledge on following tools: Django, Celery, Tornado, SQLAlchemy, ExpertJS, SailsJS.Self- starter, team leader, team player and amazing problem solver.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in client interactions is a plus.Flexibility, patience, and ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving organization.,
