Job Description

You will work directly with our clients to translate business and user requirements into our technology solutions. You will act as a senior point of contact with some key clients and stakeholders during the implementation phase of our enterprise search application.iM responsible for

  • Owning the implementation of our solutions across complex enterprise data and systems
  • Acting as a senior point of contact between RAVN and our clients during the implementation phase
  • Documenting and analyzing business and client requirements, and liaise with PM team to ensure resources meet business need; create business justifications for additional resource as required
  • Contributing to improving the preparation and packaging of future deployments
  • Collaborating with the RAVN support team to offer technical assistance to existing customers
  • Participating alongside the RAVN sales team on pre-sales support such as proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Serving as a product evangelist to help develop and improve the product and win business with new and existing customers
iM qualified because I have
  • Strong leadership, project management, and influencing skills
  • 3-5+ years project leadership/consulting experience in a professional client-facing environment
  • Either a strong academic background (BSc in Computer Science or other STEM discipline) or extensive, and demonstrable, vocational experience in a technology project leadership role
  • Experience of implementing multi-site Windows based, complex, multi-component application frameworks
  • Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
    • Enterprise Search and/or Artificial Intelligence
    • Working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, Ruby, PowerShell, etc)
    • SSL, SSO
    • Information retrieval strategies and algorithms
    • SQL databases and/or object store technologies (eg, MongoDB, Cassandra)
    • Working with XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web services and REST APIs
