Bring in effective solutions to increase safety, efficiency and uptime of equipment s. Co-ordinate with vendors for maintenance, fabrications, testing, calibration. Check and monitor the operating parameters of operating equipment s to forecast maintenance. Maintain manual operations of equipment, and handle during times emergencies like leakage of gas. Safely engage and address the ammonia gas leakage and be part of emergency response team to guide and support them. Check and monitor the compliances of equipment s as required by local law and as per OEM recommendations. Address critical maintenance work in the facility apart from cooling plant. Maintain MTTR within specified limits. Train the operators on handling, operating the equipment s. Support warehouse operations teams with their requirement s and to align the technical operations team.
