Job Description

HI We have req for Manager Analytics (8 yr- 10yrs) for a product company @ ITPL Bangalore /Chennai /Gurgaon .candidate for this role must be capable of leading cross-functional projects employing advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to help a client with POV creation, identification, and cost optimization opportunities. Engineering/ MA/MSc/ MBA from Top Colleges.SM Retail (preferable from Retail domain )- Overall experience of 10+ years, analytics exposure of at-least 8+ years- Ability to handle 15+ team of data scientist, data engineers and analysts- Good exposure of solving analytics use cases across Retail (Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Retail Finance, Vendor sourcing and management etc)- Thought leader in industry with published articles and POVs- Consulting Orientation Exposure to have closely interacted CXOs and business leads- Business Impact orientation Demonstrated business impact through data insights led changes in processes across business functions- Good exposure to Analytics Toolkit (R, Python, Machine Learning algorithms)- MBA from a Tier 1 Business School- Adept in agile frameworks in project management (SCRUM, KANBAN etc) and PM best practices- Entrepreneurial exposure is a BIG plus- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and leverage organizational capabilities to bring best Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Masters degree in business or a data related topic is preferred
  • At least 8 years of full-time work experience
  • Must have an understanding of data technology e.g., R, SQL, Hive, Tableau etc.
  • Must have an understanding of analytical Techniques: Regression, Forecasting, segmentation, optimization etc.
  • Experience in business verticals e.g. Retail/Tech/Hospitality or business functions like sales, marketing, supply chain etc. is preferred
  • Must have an established career in Analytics, OR a proven desire to build a career in Analytics any academic course in data science, Kaggle record, certifications
  • Must be proficient in at least one (and should have working experience with other two)
  • Must have implemented at least one project end-to-end, from identifying the problem to measuring the impact
  • Display a strong desire to work with people your team, stakeholders, SMEs to solve problems
  • Possess excellent program management skills strong communication, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, strive for excellence
