Manager- Digital Fundraising WWF-India, one of the largest conservation organizations, engaged in wildlife and nature conservation in the country, invites applications from a dynamic marketer who seizes on an opportunity when s/ he sees one. We are looking for a professional with a digital dispensation and experience who will work as the Manager Digital Fundraising and will be a part of the Marketing Team at WWF-India.Location: New DelhiThe Job Profile:1. Execution of digital fundraising strategy.2. Managing & implementing digital campaigns for fundraising, donor engagement, new donor acquisition & donor retention for increasing the support base both in terms of volume & value.3. Works closely with internal teams & external agency to facilitate development of digital assets, products & campaigns for fundraising digitally.4. Responsible for managing & implementing various fundraising campaigns in a time bound manner.5. Monitor key metrics to deliver on both revenue & cost targets.6. Digital Media BuyingQualifications, Experience and Competencies Required:MBA (Marketing/ Sales)/ Post graduate / GraduateAbout 4-7 years of relevant experience.Rich digital experience working in monetizing digital content, ecommerce, fundraising domains.Proven track record in meeting revenue targetsExperience in digital media buying.Experience in creating & implementing journeys for supporters/ donors to render a total brand experience with an objective of increasing conversions, upgrading donations & retaining donors digitally.Desired Skills and Abilities:Good working knowledge of online advertising tools (Adwords, FB ads etc)Understanding of A/ B testing, analytical tools and ability to turn metrics into actionable insights.Exceptional writing & editing skills, including writing styles suited for digital media.,
