Job Description

    CTC:- 05-06 LPAEducation MAXIMUM: B. Tech in Mechanical EngineeringKeywords/Skills:- Quality control, Quality surveying, Plastic injection moulding, root cause analysis, Machine shop, Assembly line.
    1. Presentation & Recording of monthly review meeting.
    1. To ensure the Maintainability & Continual improvement of Quality System.
    1. To interact with customers about Quality issues and for New Development.
    1. To ensure ISO/TS-16949 system in Q.A & support for implementation, if required review procedure and control
    1. Handling customers complaint and submitting CAPA/ CMR.
    1. Product & Process Audit.
    1. Manage all stage inspection & records for smooth production and supplies and 3rd parts audits
    1. Man power utilization/deployment in department.
    1. 5S Management, Internal Audit and reporting.
    10.To enhance suggestions, Kaizens and other improvement activities.11.TS 16949, ISO, EMS, Customer & Other Audits
    1. Continual improvement project & POKAYOKA execution.
    13.To check all the daily reports like Initial approval/Petrol inspection etc with rejection analysis.14.To perform SPC study (Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk) and Pareto analysis to reduce PPM.
    1. Root cause analysis using various analytical (5 Why) tools and give counter measure (A3/8D etc).
    1. Preparation of QMS procedures and for PPAP documents like PFMEA, Control plan, Flow Chart, PSW, PCS, DIR, Fixture Report, Inspection Check Sheets etc.
    1. To perform MSA study and set the inspection standards.
    1. Ensure calibration /control of measuring & monitoring devices.
    1. To visit customer/ supplier for specific quality & development requirement.
    1. To give & take deviation /approval for product /supplies as per customer and internal requirement.
    1. Active take part in new product, mold and materials and submit SIR & Layout inspection report to R&D departments.
    1. Follow up with Tool Room for mold correction.
    1. Gauge & Fixture development
    1. Monitor Warranty PPM and take action to reduce PPM with analysis.
