Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forManager - Operations & LogisticsRequirements and Duties: (Will be a part of Control Tower/ Central tracking team)Supply Chain expertise focused on Ecommerce Marketplace, Warehouse and Logistics operation.Presentations and communications skills. Ownership-Committed to Service.Roles and Responsibilities - Responsible for post order leg - WH, Marketplace and Logistics Liaise with external stakeholders to enable process improvements Marketplace order to deliver monitoring and efficiency built up. Leakage control - RTO, Customer return, Frauds. Working on the business finance team on cost control factor of Operations. Manage 3PL and internal logistics performance Lead/manage the team-ensure the KRAs of the team members are met and assist/train them in achieving the same. Own ops processes - Vendor alignment, volume projections, seasonality. Demonstrates continuous initiative and provides recommendations for improving processes. Have to ensure that procurement of JIT stocks comes within the committed TAT and inward takes place. Collaborate with different teams to ensure that customer service quality is improved and close operational gaps on Warehouse and 3PLs. Ensuring to close the entire loop of customer return, RTV to brands and RTOs. Handling International order deliveries. Managing the team of Marketplace operation, post shipped leg (pickup, connection, delivery, rto, customer return , reconciliation)Regards,HR Team
