Job Description

Description

Jukin Media is searching for a Manager, Rights Management with a proven track record of success to join our New Delhi office. We are looking for a detailoriented, problem-solver to come join our rights management department. In this role, you will focus on creating and analyzing data, innovating processes, and developing ways to make improvements to workflows in order to increase the productivity and velocity of your team. You will also be involved with working on the content management systems of multiple social platforms.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be resourceful, enjoy working with data and people, and be confident in taking initiative.

This position will report to the Senior Manager, Rights Management. This position is based in our New Delhi office

Responsibilities

  • Manage the team s schedule to ensure proper coverage.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with team members in the other Jukin offices
  • Analyze and report on individual team performance
  • Leverage data, observations and best practices to improve team output
  • Assist in identifying and resolving intellectual property rights issues.
  • Ad hoc project and duties as needed

Requirements

  • 3 years in people management
  • Experience working on a team that spans multiple time zones, preferably in a leadership position
  • Experience working with and an understanding of copyright and intellectual property. Preferably in the field of online video and social media platforms
  • Success increasing the level of visibility into the performance of the individuals on a team where job functions are shared
  • Ability to identify and improve on inefficiencies and pain points
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile growth environment where you will get your hands into the details
  • Well-developed Microsoft Office product suite skills and advanced Excel and analytical skills
