  • Highly motivated individual with fluency in English Speaking.
  • Presentable and extremely humble, always be well dressed in formals
  • Should be flexible with timings
  • Should have a good database of brokers along with good relations with brokers, especially IPCs.
  • Knowledge of MS office suite is a must
  • Eager enough to show the client space
  • Should be very polite while talking to clients and brokers and aggregators.
  • Knowledge to generate leads through the various platform is important
  • A proper follow up on the leads is required.
  • Should be able to coordinate with accounts team for proper invoicing and rentals
  • Should be able to add up to brokers database
  • Should be able to increase the revenue of the site given
  • Should be able to make offers for the clients
  • Should know how to market in order to generate maximum leads
  • Should be able to cold-call people and retention and relation with client will be very important.
