Introduction KPMG islooking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused solution/technicalarchitect for their growing Salesforce practice. The candidate will be activelyinvolved in various facets of growing a profitable business as outlined below. Growingthe Business: - In thepresales cycle, the candidate will interact closely with senior client stakeholdersto understand the requirements for salesforce solution and craft a compellingvalue proposition to win the business. Candidate should be adept at capturing, translatingbusiness requirements to a deeply technical solution architecture. A significantpart of this responsibility is being able to demonstrate the salesforceplatform, present and articulate KPMG s approach and solution, handle deeptechnical queries and objections from clients. As part ofdeveloping the business this role will also help in conceptualizing newinnovative solution accelerators and IP s that can help provide adifferentiated proposition to new clients. Deliveringthe business:- A criticalfacet of this role is to successfully deliver Salesforce projects forcustomers. As a solution or technical architect, this role is expected to ownthe architectural and environment design of the project. It also entailscoaching and mentoring development teams to develop a solution that adopts thebest development practices and methodologies, considers users experience, meetsthe business needs. And at the same time ensuring that the solution istechnically feasible, scalable and can be easily maintained. Buildingthe competency:- Anothercritical dimension to the role, is to help scale up the competency byattracting, nurturing and grooming talent. This role will be actively involvedin forecasting demand for talent, shortlisting, assessing and hiring the bestcandidates. The role holder will also play a pivotal role in crafting as wellas managing a skill building framework that will ensure that the employees aretrained and proficient on the latest technologies of salesforce and adjacentsolutions. BuildingSelf:- This rolewill also provide the candidates a strong platform to build their own personalbrand in this space. We encourage active participation in relevant socialmedia, engage in thought leadership activities such as blogs, present sessionsat industry or salesforce events, participate and lead salesforce communitiesonline and in their locations. Desired Technical Experience Minimum 10 year s of experience in architecturedesign and implementation of enterprise software solutions. Of that at least5-6 years of experience in designing and delivering complex, high volume,enterprise wide solution on Salesforce.Deep knowledge and expertise across the solutionset of salesforce - Sales, Service, Marketing and AI.Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform -force.com, Apex, LWC, Integrations.Has directly contributed to large project winsby leading the presales effort and interaction with clients.Successful deliveries of large, complexsalesforce programs spanning multiple solutions, integration and deployments.Creation of IP, Solution accelerators and otherinnovative solutions on Salesforce that s helped win business or successfullydeliver projects.
