    Manager / Sr. MANAGER / Assistant Manager / A.G.M. (Channel Sales) Company Profile :- Our Client came into form in 2006 to shepherd in an apparent roadmap in the form of perfect solutions. Itfocuses on providing its clients, a bonafide professional real estate advice to support with their corporate, economic and planned ambitions.It started as a consultant selling off reality products of other builders but soon enough they launched their first Residential / Commercial project in Hardwar. Which as if now is almost completely sold. Our client is coming up with a township of 5 acres which will be residential project in Noida Extension within coming few days. For which we are looking forward to a team of Seasoned Professionals. JOB DESCRIPTION:- Handle sales for upcoming residential / Commercial projects. Establish a strong network of channel partners in Delhi NCR and across the nation. To form/ expand existing or new broker channel with result oriented management for real estate projects. Imparting training programs to Channel Partners and their teams to achieve business targets. To ensure efficiency in sales product support and meeting With Channel Partner. Increasing and maintaining Dealer Base, Adding new dealers to existing channel by visits and tele- conversations. Motivating dealers for additional business through various prospects. Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology to achieve company targets. Promote positive relations with partners and business associates. Follow up and conversion of he leads provided by the company. Provide training to the downline to perform effectively and efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile:- Pleasing personality with excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of principles and method for promotions and selling residential products to High Income Individuals / Channel Partners and corporate. Good in development of sales strategies, product promotions & sales techniques. A minimum of 3- 8 years experience in residential / commercials properties in direct / Channels sales is mandatory. Remuneration: Fixed Salary
