They bring strong academic background (IIT Bombay, Massachusetts Institute of Technology & Kellogg School of Management) and significant professional experience (Larsen & Toubro, PunjLlyod, Sun Edison, Solyndra, ICI India, Biogen Idec, Genentech).Responsibilities and DutiesTo strategize and develop the Operations Function with a focus on all Field operations namely Installation & Customer Service. To build a customer centric focus and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Focus on making Customer service a profit center from the cost center that it currently is. The candidate will also be expected to institutionalize systems and processes in Field Operations using widely available technology tools.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsPast experience in Field Operations/Customer service in reputed organizations that operate at scale and have a large number of assets across large geographies. Should have extensive experience in identifying and impaneling contractors to reduce fixed cost of Installation/customer service.Needs to be very effective with Excel. Past experience on modern day cloud based tools/ERP systems to do data driven analysis would be an added plus.
