Job Description

    Position Title: Manager/Sr Manager / As per current profile (Corporate Sales)Department: Sales and Business DevelopmentReports To: Business OfficerLocation: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi / NCR. Pune (2nd preference).Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Drive overall sales revenue of the company.
    • Responsible for new corporate client acquisition for sales of healthcare products, wellness services and implementation of various sales models. Responsiblefor external/internal client management.
    • Constantly work on the sales funnel to achieve monthly corporate account closure & Revenue targets.
    • Keeptrack of market trends and products and developsa sales strategy accordingly to gain market share.
    • Responsible for increasing awareness, cross sell, upselletc amongstacquiredclientele newservice offeringsto be promotedvide onsite campaigns, e-based marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
    Skills & Knowledge:
    • Preferably a minimum of 5 years Experience in sellingB2Bservices&products in the healthcare/wellness / relateddomain.
    • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to establish relationship especially at CXO level in each corporate; Preferably able to make sales with Top-down approach.
    • Good experience in establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
    • Ability to develop sales plans and achieve revenue through the same.
