Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through theentire store. Setting Up window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotionsdisplays. Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result. Act in alignment to the organization s culture, products, image and target market. Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonalthemes. Travels across India to be hands on the shop floor and trains the team. Makes sure that all the displays are in sync with the Global Guidelines. Strategizes the displays of all the drops as per the lay outs and guidelines vis a vis themerchandise received.Qualifications & Experience A candidate with an experience of 6-8 years is required. Confident in creating and communicating concepts in business meetings and tosupervisors Ability to work diligently with little supervision Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential High school diploma is required; graduate/Post graduate from a reputed college.,
