Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Department
  • Oversee incoming finance of the Company and make sure that payments are received promptly and efficiently.
  • Controlling the process of payment against sale of organisations products
  • Accounts payable/receivable, Updation to Accounting System and run reports
  • Monitoring and Management of debtor balances to ensure debt recovery and reduction in debtors
  • Responsible for reconciliation of all accounts, Collection of finances and the resolution of account queries
  • Maintain strong relationships with all clients to ensure invoices are cleared for payment.
  • Resolve all issues raised internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial statements
  • Co-ordination with Internal & Statutory Auditors for annual audits
  • Handling GST, Service Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, P Tax,
  • Documentation & MIS Reporting
