Effectively implementing Secondary Sales Tracking through WEB BASED Technology for Spices Division and implement Dashboards to understand MonthlyWeeklyQuarterly CategorySKU wise sales growth. Responsible for the supervision, development and implementation of all ethical marketing plans strategy.

Manages the stocks and scheduling designing of the marketing material. Responsible for Successful organization of Promotional activities in right spirit at right time. Responsible for the management of the annual marketing budget and preparation of the report on annual budget. Demonstration of the annual report at the sales and marketing conference. Recruitments, Training, Induction for new personnel. Draw out market survey statistic analysis that show where the company needs to improve on. Managing new launches at regional level. Manage, lead motivate team to significant results
