Job Description

    ******Role Overview:**As a **Medical Billing & Coding Analyst 3 (Team Lead Team C)** at Freedom Health Systems LLC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the revenue cycle billing integrity for assigned outpatient mental health center client(s). Your responsibilities will include ensuring all required documentation is complete, capturing, coding, billing, and submitting billable services accurately, providing functional oversight of Team C billing resources, and coordinating with Prior Authorization and client operational leadership to reduce revenue leakage and denials.**Key Responsibilities:**- Ensuring all required documentation is entered and complete- Ensuring all billable services are captured, coded, billed, and submitted- Ensuring billed services are adjudicated and paid accurately- Providing functional oversight of Team C billing resources (Medical Biller & Coder 5 and Medical Biller & Coder 6)- Coordinating with Prior Authorization and client operational leadership to reduce revenue leakage and denials**Qualifications Required:**- Strong knowledge of U.S. medical billing and coding standards (CPT ICD-10-CM HCPCS)- Understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle management, particularly A/R follow-up and payment reconciliation- Minimum 3-5 years of U.S. medical billing and coding experience- Prior experience as a Team Lead with workflow oversight- Outpatient mental health billing experience preferred- Coding certifications (e.g. CPC, CCS) are a plus- Ability to pass background and reference checks as required(Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.) ******Role Overview:**As a **Medical Billing & Coding Analyst 3 (Team Lead Team C)** at Freedom Health Systems LLC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the revenue cycle billing integrity for assigned outpatient mental health center client(s).
