Experience: 6- 8 yearsExperience: 6- 8 yearsDescription:Assist a global team in the administration of the companys distributed Middleware product suiteParticipate in a 24 hour, 7 day per week, on- call support rotationEnsure the Practice Area is supported, and adherence to associated standardsParticipate in technical meetings with the appropriate members of the Global TeamProvide guidance and recommendations regarding technical processes and proceduresIdentify learning opportunities through projects and provide that information back to the US Team LeaderAutomate tasks through scriptingDevelop/ Modify processes for infrastructure testing and monitoringParticipate in varied project sizes or manage small projectsUNIX Server administrationRequired Skills and ExperienceAdministration of WebSphere MQAdministration of Message BrokerUNIX Administration skills, preferred AIX, but Sun or Linux also acceptableScripting KORN or PERLTCP/ IP conceptsProgramming in JAVA or IBM s ESQLWillingness to travel for training and collaborationAbility to troubleshoot in a distributed environmentUnderstanding of transport technologies (FTP, Email, TCP/ IP, Web Services, WebSphere MQ)Ability to work effectively in a team environmentEnthusiastic and self- starting attitudeStrong time management skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written skillsDesired Skills and ExperienceKnowledge and Administration of WebSphere Process ServerKnowledge and Administration of ICS (Interchange Server),
