Job Description

    Acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO or the other top executives in theorganization Monitoring and reviewing key company projects (working with the leadership team,HODs and cross functional team) Involvement in drawing up the budgets, 5-year plan, monitoring progress, identifyingkey projects to achieve the budgets/ 5 year plan and drive/monitor the projects Involvement in setting up KPIs/ROI for the leadership, HODs Get involved in reviewing health of clients, smoothen working relationships betweenfunctions Driving initiatives with internal stakeholders Identify and drive conversations with strategic partners and financial investors Any other area that is of strategic importance to the groupExpertise/Qualifications: Masters in business and financial Management - Preferable from B-School (IIMA/IIM B/ISB) Past track record of having experience in a concept selling, trust business,consultative selling space is important though not mandatory Comes from a company with a challenger mindset Comes from a company that relies on the individuals initiative as much as its ownbrand Should have clearly delivered tangible impact in the current role Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strongleadership and project management abilities Deep understanding of the organizations culture, goals and objectives as well as theindustry and competitive landscapeWho is this role ideal for A professional in a leadership role with a proven track record, with entrepreneurialambitions, wanting a platform to express himself/ herself The candidate who needs the security of a fixed salary to meet his/ her basic needsbut looking to maximise scale of impact (and remuneration) in his/ her role, withminimal administrative fetters.
