We are looking for experienced leaders with a strong analytical background (and overall professional experience of 16+ years) to work in our Analytics Consulting practice.Director s will work as an integral part of business analytics teams in India alongside clients and consultants in the U.S., leading teams for high-end analytics consulting engagements and providing business recommendations to project teams.Education: Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics or Information Sciences such as business analytics or informaticsRequired Skills: Successful candidates will have demonstrated the following skills and characteristics:Must have: Experience in deploying, managing and building ML models in cloud environments and ability to converse with client teams on cloud technologies.(At least 1 of the 3: Azure, AWS or GCP )Must Have 6 out of below 8 skills Experience in MLOps frameworks and pipeline orchestration. For e.g: MLflow, Kuberflow, Airflow DataRobot etc. Experience with Containers For e.g:e.g. AWS EKS, Kubernetes), Dockers, Openshift,data pipeline orchestration (e.g. Airflow) and Git. Strong understanding of REST API architecture. Working Experience in data management, deploying and managing ML models on cloud platforms. Deployed the ML application on cloud as an API For e.g: Azure, AWS or GCP Experience in machine learning frameworks and tools (for e.g. scikit-learn, mlr, TensorFlow,Pytorch) Experience of working in an analytics/ML driven environment. Guide teams with Advanced level programming For eg. SQL and Python/Pyspark Strong knowledge and experience in building MLOps and CICD pipelines.
