    • Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills
    • Hands-on Network (LAN & WAN) troubleshooting capabilities
    • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
    • Familiarity with Infrastructure management and Network monitoring tools, (Solarwinds & WhatsupGold)
    • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
    • Proficiency with CLI commands on Network devices
    • Should have IT Support Service Management experience on enterprise IT infrastructure space.
    • Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of IT infrastructure
    • Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
