ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients and visitors to the office and assist them as neededPerform various clerical tasks as needed (file papers, organize supplies, etc.)Take meeting notes and transcribe into email, document or spreadsheet formPrepare and send faxesAnswer phones and route calls to appropriate personsTake and deliver phone messagesManage, sort, and dispense incoming mail and faxesPrepare outgoing mail, faxes and packagesPerform general bookkeeping dutiesMaintain staff and company calendarsSet appointments, meetings, and conference callsReserve conference spaces for meetingsNotify and remind all parties of upcoming events, lunches, meetings etc.Plan out of town travel arrangements for executivesSuggest changes to office task workflow in order to improve efficiency
